Each project and program have its own characteristics that make it essential to design contractual and regulatory solutions tailored to each case.

Our Legal Advisory Services (LAS) unit provides a wide range of services in that area. Our legal advisors have worked advising governments in the design of general and sectoral regulatory frameworks of PPP and other contracting modalities in different Latin American countries such as Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Paraguay and Uruguay, between others.
